Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Nothing to download. No account, email address or personal detail is required to browse or download a file.
• Contact form. If you write to us, we store your name, email address and message so we can reply and keep track of design requests.
• Usage data. Standard web logs and analytics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, device and browser type. This is aggregated and not used to identify you.
• Admin accounts. Only site staff have accounts. Those are handled by our authentication provider and are not available to visitors.

Cookies and analytics

We use website analytics to count page views and see which categories people actually use. Analytics may set a cookie or store an anonymous identifier in your browser. We do not use it to build a profile of you or to follow you around other websites.

Advertising

Ads keep the files free. Advertising partners may set their own cookies or use device identifiers to measure ad performance and, where permitted, to personalize what you see. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser settings, your device settings, or industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices.

Data we never collect

We do not collect payment details (nothing is sold here), we do not run an email newsletter that you are added to automatically, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

How long we keep things

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on requests, then deleted. Aggregated analytics is retained in summary form only.

Your rights

If you are in California, the EU or the UK, you have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We honor those requests for everyone regardless of where you live. Email privacy@freesvgshop.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes
