Using the site

By using freesvgshop.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl for bulk downloads, or use automated tools to mass-download files.
• Do not attempt to access admin areas, storage buckets or other people's data.
• Do not upload or send anything malicious, unlawful, hateful or infringing.
• Do not interfere with the site, its hosting, its ads or its availability to others.

We may block access, remove content or change the site at any time, without notice.

Files and licensing

All downloads are governed by our license: free for personal use and for selling up to 500 finished physical items per design, with redistribution of the digital file never permitted. The artwork remains the property of FreeSVGShop or the original designer; downloading a file does not transfer copyright.

User submissions

If you send us a design, message or design request, you confirm you have the right to do so and you grant us permission to use it to run and improve the site. Do not send anything you are not allowed to share.

Third-party links and ads

The site links to other websites and displays advertising. We do not control those sites or ads and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

No warranty

Files and content are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee a file will cut correctly on your specific machine, blade, mat or material. Always run a test cut before using expensive materials or filling a bulk order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeSVGShop and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the files, including wasted materials, damaged equipment, lost profits or lost sales. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to USD 50.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FreeSVGShop against claims arising from your use of the files in breach of the license, including claims relating to third-party trademarks or characters you combined with our artwork.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
